What are lab grown diamonds?
Lab grown diamonds are the formation of carbon under tremendous environments. Lab diamonds are made of the same material as natural diamonds. Both of them possess the same physical, chemical & optical composition.
There are two methods by which diamonds are made in laboratories. Usually lab grown diamonds begin with a tiny lab diamond, like that of a seed.
- However, we create the diamonds by placing the substrates (seeds) in our very own designed CVD (Carbon Vapour Deposition)
- A creation of plasma composed of molecular gases are created in a vacuum chamber. Then the plasma discharge gets established in the microwave resonate cavity. This creates the key ingredient to the growth of the diamonds.
